1. What is Hyrr?

Hyrr is a versatile rental platform where you can rent products, book services, and find unique property rentals. Whether you need to borrow a tool, hire a professional service, or book a vacation home, Hyrr connects you with trusted lenders, service providers, and hosts.

2. How does Hyrr work?

Browse our categories (Products, Services, Properties), select what you need, choose your rental period or service date, and book. If you're listing an item or service, simply upload your details, set your price, and wait for bookings.

3. Who can use Hyrr?

Anyone aged 18 and above can use Hyrr. Both renters and providers verify their identity to maintain a secure and trustworthy environment.

Listing & Booking

4. How do I list a product, service, or property?

Go to "List an Item" on your dashboard. Choose the type of listing (Product, Service, or Property), upload high-quality photos, add a detailed description, set your pricing, and availability. Your listing will be reviewed and published once approved.

5. Can I book multiple items or services at once?

Yes, you can add multiple items or services to your cart and book them simultaneously. Each booking may have different dates and conditions, so review the details before confirming.

6. What types of items, services, and properties can I list on Hyrr?

Products: Tools, gadgets, electronics, fashion, and more.

Services: Handyman, photography, event planning, creative services, etc. Properties: Vacation homes, event spaces, co-working spaces, and more.

Payments & Pricing

7. How are payments processed?

Payments are handled securely through our platform using credit/debit cards via stripe. You are charged when you confirm your booking, and the funds are held until the rental period or service is completed.

8. Is there a security deposit?

Some high-value items and properties may require a refundable security deposit. This will be stated clearly on the listing page and refunded once the item or property is returned in good condition.

9. When do I get paid for my listing?

For product and property rentals, your payment gets released two days after the rental period is ended.

Shipping & Returns

10. How does shipping work for product rentals?

In most the item will need to be shipped by the seller. You must use a fully insured and tracked service like royal mail offers. Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest courier location. Both the renter and lender can track the package.

If its a pick up in person order you will need to contact the buyer to arrange collection from your address

11. Who handles the return shipping?

Return shipping is typically covered by the renter. The item should be returned on time to avoid late fees.

12. What if the product arrives damaged or the service is unsatisfactory?

Report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product or completing the service. Our support team will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement, refund, or dispute resolution.

Cancellations & Refunds

13. Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, you can cancel product or property bookings up to 48 hours before the start date for a full refund. Service bookings may have specific cancellation policies, so please check the details before booking.

14. How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the item is returned or the service cancellation is confirmed.

15. What happens if the provider cancels my booking?

If the provider cancels, you will be fully refunded. We can also help you find a similar product, service, or property if needed.

Trust & Safety

16. How does Hyrr ensure safety and quality?

Hyrr verifies users and listings to maintain a secure platform. We also use a review and rating system to help ensure quality and transparency for both renters and providers.

17. What if an item is lost or stolen?

If an item is lost or not returned, the renter may be liable for the full replacement cost. We recommend using tracked shipping and handling all items with care.

18. Are my payments secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and secure payment processors to protect your information.

Account & Support

19. How do I create and verify my account?

Sign up with your email or social media account, then verify your email. For additional security, you may be required to complete identity verification before making or accepting bookings.
